Residential Cleaning Services

What cleaning services do you offer?

Clean Affinity is proud to provide comprehensive residential cleaning services, including regular recurring cleaning, deep cleaning (our Elite Cleaning service), and move-in/move-out cleaning. Our recurring cleaning service covers living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning. We also offer commercial and office cleaning services for medical offices, boutiques, office buildings, and more.

Do you offer one-time cleaning and recurring services?

Both! We offer flexible scheduling, including: one-time cleanings, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom scheduling that works for your lifestyle and budget.

What’s included in a typical cleaning visit?

Our standard cleaning includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping hard floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs, showers), kitchen cleaning (counters, sink, stovetop, outside of appliances), emptying trash, and tidying beds.

What’s the difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning—our Elite Clean service—is a more detailed and thorough service designed to bring the home to a strong baseline before starting recurring maintenance cleanings. It includes additional attention to areas like baseboards, light fixtures, window sills, cabinet fronts, and detailed bathroom cleaning. We typically recommend starting with an Elite Clean, then maintaining the home with regular recurring cleanings.

Can I schedule an Elite Clean at any time? For example, can I swap out my regular clean for an Elite Clean after the holidays?

Absolutely! We’re happy to swap a regular cleaning for an Elite Clean whenever needed. Whether it’s after the holidays, before guests arrive, or anytime your home needs extra attention, just let us know and we’ll get it scheduled.

Do you clean inside appliances?

Inside appliances, such as ovens and refrigerators, are available as add-on services and can be added to any cleaning appointment, including regular recurring cleanings and Elite Cleans. They are not included by default in standard cleaning services.

What is the difference between cleaning and sanitizing?

Cleaning removes dirt, dust, and buildup from surfaces, while sanitizing helps reduce germs and bacteria on commonly touched areas. We include both as part of our regular cleaning services.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee policy?

You bet we do! If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning service, just let us know. We’ll come back out and work to make it right.

How much cleaning do I need to do before you arrive?

Picking up clutter off the floor and making sure nothing is in the way of a good vacuuming or mopping is all we ask. While we’re incredible cleaners, we don’t offer decluttering, organization, or tidying up services.

How do you handle dishes being left in the sink?

We can typically clean a small number of dishes left in the sink as part of standard service. Large amounts of dishes or heavily soiled items are not included and may require additional time or fees.

Pricing and Payment

How much does house cleaning cost?

Pricing varies based on your home’s size, preferred cleaning frequency, and your specific needs. We provide instant free estimates based on your specific requirements.

How do you figure out the price of a home cleaning?

We consider square footage, number of rooms and bathrooms, cleaning frequency, current condition of the home, and any special requests. Pro tip: More frequent cleanings (weekly/bi-weekly) receive better rates than monthly or one-time services!

How do I pay for house cleaning?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is typically due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance for recurring customers.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for recurring services, referrals, and sometimes seasonal promotions. Ask about our current offers when you book.

Scheduling and Logistics

How far in advance do I need to book?

For regular cleaning, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead. For an Elite Clean or move-out services, 2-3 weeks notice is preferred, especially during busy seasons.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand plans change! Please give us at least 48 hours notice for changes to avoid any fees. Same-day cancellations may result in a charge.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

Nope, you don’t need to be home! Many clients provide us with a key or access code. If you prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine too - whatever makes you most comfortable.

Can I get the same day of the week and time for my cleanings?

Yes, we can accommodate that scheduling with at least two weeks notice.

Staff and Security

Are your cleaners insured and bonded?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured for your protection and peace of mind. We carry both liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage, and all team members are covered while working in your home or business.

Do you do background checks on each cleaner?

Absolutely. All team members undergo thorough background checks and reference verification before joining our team. We don’t trust anyone in your home that we wouldn’t fully trust in our own.

Will I get the same cleaning team each time?

We do our best to provide consistent teams so they become familiar with your home and preferences. While we cannot guarantee the same team every visit due to scheduling and availability, we always strive for consistency whenever possible.

Supplies and Equipment

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies or do I have to supply them?

Yes, come fully stocked! We bring all the necessary cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools. We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products that are non-toxic and safe for your family and pets.

Can I request specific products for my home?

Absolutely! If you have allergies, sensitivities, or preferred products, we’re happy to use what you provide or use specific products, upon request.

Do you clean with non-toxic cleaning products?

We offer eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning options and we can customize the products we use based on your preferences and any sensitivities that your family members may have.

Special Situations

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes, we love homes with furry family members! We ask that you let us know about pets when booking so we can take appropriate precautions and address any pet-related cleaning needs.

What should I do with my pets while they clean?

Your pets are welcome to stay at home during the cleaning. However, if they tend to be a bit rowdy or don’t appreciate the extra company, we ask that they be kept in a separate room so our technicians can focus on their work.

What about homes with kids?

We’re experienced with family homes and kid-safe cleaning practices. We can work around nap times and use child-safe products, as needed.

Can you handle special requests?

We’re happy to accommodate many special requests when possible, such as cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, or focusing on specific areas of the home. Please note that organizing and laundry services are not offered. Some additional services may require extra fees.

Getting Started

How do I get a quote?

You can contact us by phone, email, or through our website. We’ll ask about your home size, the cleaning services you’d like, and your schedule preferences. These will help us provide an accurate estimate.

Can you come to my house to give me a quote?

We currently do not offer free in-home consultations. Most quotes can be provided quickly online or over the phone based on the size, condition, and details of the home. Please note that we do not currently offer services for extensive restoration or heavy-duty cleaning projects.

What should I do to prepare for the first cleaning?

We ask that you pick up any personal items, toys, and clutter so we can focus on actual cleaning. Make sure to secure any valuable or fragile items you’re concerned about. Let us know if you have specific areas of concern in your home, or any special instructions.

How do I communicate special instructions or feedback?

We welcome communication and feedback! You can leave notes for the team or contact our office directly with any special instructions, questions, or concerns. We also send a follow-up survey after each cleaning so you can easily share feedback about your service.

Office Cleaning

What types of offices do you clean?

We clean medical offices, boutiques, small office buildings, showrooms, studios, coworking spaces, real estate offices, educational offices, and more.

Can you clean after hours?

At this time, our office is open Monday–Friday from 8am–6pm, and most cleaning appointments are scheduled during regular daytime business hours.

How often can we schedule cleanings?

As often as you need to! Many of our commercial office cleanings happen on a recurring basis, but you can always add an extra cleaning to the schedule at any time, pending our cleaners’ availability.

What is included for commercial cleaning?

For office cleaning, our team cleans all surfaces, bathrooms, and floors. We also vacuum, dust, and take out the trash.

Do you use eco-friendly products for offices too?

Yes! We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products for all of our cleaning services, including office spaces.

Do you offer sanitization services?

We sure do! Our team is trained to sanitize any and all surfaces and spaces, to ensure your workspace is safe and free from health hazards.
